WELCOME TO OUR CLUB!

Based in San Antonio, the South Texas Thunderbird Club (STTC) is a family oriented organization with the goal of having fun, enjoying and preserving our Thunderbirds among friends. It is an active chapter of the Vintage Thunderbird Club International (VTCI) organization. This elevates interest in this beautiful car to a world wide level. There is a separate membership for each organization.

MONTHLY CLUB MEETINGS On the 4th Saturday of each month (Usually).

Activities

Aug - 27th ~ THURSDAY 1:15pm ~ Toyota Plant Tour is ON!!! See the email I sent for full details. Lunch is set for 11am at Frank's Apollo Casado Restaurant 15511 Applewhite Rd #121 78264 210-257-0711. They have a great selection of food and are located close to the Toyota Plant. Frank's Apollo Casado Restaurant
There will be no meet up location to go to the restaurant.

Sep- WEDNESDAY 23rd-Return trip to CAF San Marcos-Lunch TBD

Oct- Sat 24-Revisit Stonehenge in Ingram (Open again) Lunch-Billy Gene' Restaurant Kerrville

Saturday 21st-11AM Christmas Party at Outback Steak House ~ STTC T-Bird Trio Performs!

Dec- No meeting.

When I discovered that Dene Ballantine played the Harp, and knowing that Lou Paliani has played the Guitar for most of his life, I decided to create our own STTC T-Bird Trio with Becky Nelson our soloist! I introduced them at our November STTC Christmas Party and they were greatly received! We can look forward to seeing them perform again during our 2026 Christmas Party with some different songs.
